Quality is a top priority for DDZ. When working with study participants and collecting data for clinical studies, the DDZ staff are committed to high quality standards. DDZ has introduced quality management systems in the following areas:
- Institute for Clinical Diabetology
- Institute for Biometrics and Epidemiology
- Institute for Health Services Research and Health Economics
DDZ fulfills the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since July 2019 and was certified by DQS. Yearly surveillance audits ensure the continuous development and optimization of this management system. It is planned to extend the certification to additional research groups of DDZ.
