Their early scientific independence is an aim of the DDZ.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text]From the beginning, excellent young researchers at DDZ are provided with the necessary framework conditions for independent scientific work and research. Supervision and coaching is provided by experienced DDZ scientists in cooperation with the Heinrich Heine University D\u00fcsseldorf. The aim is to support and promote young scientists professionally and at a high level, even in the <strong>postd<\/strong><strong>octoral phase<\/strong>, in their development into research personalities.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text]The DDZ supports the scientists to systematically advance their careers through publications, research proposals and international networking. The network of the Leibniz Association as well as cooperation with other research institutes, universities and third-party funders complement the wide range of offers. Taking into account personal needs and projects, the young scientists are promoted at the DDZ.
